Placing an Order
Please place orders online. Alternatively you can call us on 01484 420705 (Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm) or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries.
Payment can be made through Paypal and with most major debit and Credit Cards or you can send us a cheque made payable to ‘Laylamay’, on the back please write your home address, cheque guarantee number, expiry date and issue number (Maestro only.)
Standard Delivery within mainland UK - £4.95
In-stock items will be delivered within 2-5 working days, delivery will be made within normal working hours and may require a signature, we cannot leave parcels in a secure place, so please ensure someone is in to receive the parcel or give us special instructions when placing the order such as ‘leave with a neighbour’ ect.
If an item is out of stock, it will show on the website along with when it is expected to be in stock, we will then send out the item as soon as possible. If you are ordering several items and some are not in stock but you wish items to be dispatched separately please let us know.
Express Delivery within mainland UK - £6.95
To guarantee next working day delivery please specify this service when ordering. Orders must be placed before 1pm and will be delivered the next working day.
We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, if you are not for any reason, you can return the goods within 28 days of delivery for either a refund or exchange. Please note the following:
Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. If they are not, Laylamay reserves the right not to refund / exchange the item.
You must obtain a proof of posting and should ideally use a signed for service, we cannot accept any responsibility for any items lost in transit.
If the item is faulty we will refund your postage costs, if you require an exchange we will cover the cost of postage for the first exchange but any subsequent costs must be covered by yourself by sending a cheque made payable to ‘Laylamay.’
We will endeavour to process your return within 5 working days.
Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear in your bank account.
We will keep you up to date with what is happening with your return via email.
